We moved from a house in San Antonio, TX to an apartment in Chicago, IL. We were helped by Monica from Dreamtown reality, whom we found through an internet search. With Monicaâ??s help, we were able to find the apartment we liked in a matter of a few hours after visiting Chicago. But it did not end there. The landlordâ??s realtor was difficult to work with and very picky. Monica repeatedly followed up with the realtor, clearing up any confusions, and finally, we were able to sign the lease. After moving into the apartment we ran into certain issues beyond our control and with no one around to help, we asked Monica for help, which she gladly obliged. Monica is an awesome realtor. She goes above and beyond her job to help out. She is knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. When you are working with Monica you are in good hands. I highly recommend Monica and Dreamtown reality. They made a difficult move to be easy and enjoyable!
